At forfutures we support people who are at risk of becoming homeless, those without secure accommodation or ‘sofa surfing’, and people sleeping rough.
Being in a position where you might lose your home can be overwhelming and seem daunting, whatever the circumstance we’ll support people to prevent their situation from getting worse.

Not having a secure place to live is worrying, we have the knowledge and resources to support people to find somewhere to call home.
If you find yourself sleeping rough, or without a bed for the night, or you’re concerned about someone who may be rough sleeping in Cheshire West & Chester call our Outreach team anytime on 0300 123 2442.
People who sleep rough may not know about the support that is available to them.
Working Together for a Brighter Tomorrow
What we do ...
We’ll give advice, information and signpost to the support available from appropriate partners and agencies.

This will cover a range of subjects including benefits, housing issues, anti-social behaviour, domestic abuse, offending, substance and alcohol misuse, mental health issues and learning disabilities. We’ll also support people to access opportunities for learning and personal development.

We’ll promote learning and wellbeing to help people improve their lives and keep a home in the future.
We work in partnership with the Council, supporting them to deliver their extended duties under the Homeless Reduction Act 2017.

We also work in close partnership with the Police, community safety, voluntary and faith groups, and local organisations.
