A small team of volunteers have worked tirelessly to bring all of the unused space around the building to life!
Thanks to funding from players of The People's Postcode Lottery, they were able to take a disused piece of neglected land and turn it into what you see now!
The gardens are available to access 24/7, bring a picnic to enjoy on one of the benches or help yourself to the various fruit we have growing in the gardens.
We rely on people donating their time and materials to ensure we can continue to maintain them. Anyone from complete novices to experienced gardeners are welcome to come along and get stuck in. We also welcome donations of garden furniture (in good condition) and garden tools so bear us in mind if you're having a shed clear out!
Volunteering in our community gardens not only helps the Charity and the local community who access the gardens but is also a great opportunity to learn skills from fellow gardeners. For those with design and growing experience to share, it will be a chance to be a part of exciting plans to transform the grounds into an amazing space for the community and wildlife.
