Flicks at Home

Neston Flicks, our beloved community cinema, is run by volunteers and they have been just as frustrated as our audience members that we have been unable to welcome them back.

Those same volunteers haven't been sat on their hands during lockdown, they have come up with a 'cunning plan'!

How about taking Movies that are out of copyright and shorts that are licenced to distribute and offering them up each month directly to your laptop, phone, PC, tablet or (if you know how to do it) straight to your own TV.

For the first instalment, the team are bringing you a lovely clip from last years festival of remembrance featuring the incredible cast of War Horse followed by the classic British comedy 'Smallest Show on Earth' featuring Peter Sellers and Margaret Rutherford. Its the story of a tiny cinema in a community so we figure it could be fun!
