About Morning Noon Night

We're looking for a passionate, creative, talented individual to join our team.

Launched in November 2017, Morning Noon Night has grown to be one of the Wirral's most loved eateries.

We choose sustainable food sources where possible and striving towards becoming the Wirral's first zero waste café,

Our kitchen is headed up by award-winning chef James Dodd, formerly Head Chef of Riverford Field Kitchen, Darsham Nurseries, Hix Oyster & Fish House.

As our name suggests, Morning Noon Night is all about relaxed all-day dining. Unpretentious, super friendly, ambitious and incredibly passionate about what we do and how we do it.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting James, in the efficient and smooth running of the kitchen, and covering for the head chef on their days off.

  • Preparation of simple but well put together dishes with good quality produce, local when possible.

  • Baking an array of beautiful deli counter items — from cakes to savoury snacks.

  • You will be expected to maintin a high standard of hygiene when preparing food.

  • Previous experience working as a cook in a similar setting is preferred but not entirely essential.

  • Preparing and cooking excellent dishes using fresh produce to a high standard

  • Working to all legislation and policies

Ideally has qualifications in food hygiene and food preparation.

Must hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
