We offer a 5% discount on hire for Charities / CICs
Available spaces
Main hall - £30ph
Main hall, bar lounge and kitchen (without bar) - £40ph
Bar lounge and kitchen (without bar) - £20ph
Beatles Room - £15ph (minimum of 2 hour hire)
Committee Room - £15ph (minimum of 2 hour hire)
Stage - £10ph (main hall must also be hired)
Exclusivity of venue (all of the above spaces without bar) - £60ph
Extras - all of the below (unless indicated otherwise, are one off charges)
Staffed bar - £12ph
Table and chair set up - £50
Event clean up and pack away - £75
Hot drinks facilities (urn, teapots, cups and saucers - £10
Tea / coffee supply - £1.25 per unit 9under 25, £1 thereafter)
White tablecloths and white chair cover hire - £20 per table
PA Sound and stage lights - £20ph
Event liaison with vendors (for private parties) up to 10 hours - £150
Wine / prosecco corkage (up to a maximum of 10 bottles) - £75 / £100
