Restart a Heart

FREE CPR and AED training - 15th October 2023 - 10am

Service Description

1 hour, relaxed session focusing on the importance of CPR and the use of an AED machine. You will be given the opportunity to practice practically with manikins and training AED's. Anyone from the age of 12 up is welcome to attend. The session will be led by a qualified first aid instructor and local community first responder.
