Confidence to Find Work



Are you struggling to find work because of your confidence or how you feel about yourself?

Would you like to learn skills that could help you increase your confidence and feel better about yourself?

Tools4Change CIC are offering a free confidence and self esteem building course for people over 19 years old, unemployed, actively seeking work and in receipt of state benefits (e.g. ESA, JSA, Income Support, WRAG or Universal Credit)

If you're finding it hard to find work because of confidence, this course may be for you.

The Advantage Programme will help you to cope with the challenges you face by trying a range of tools and techniques proven to improve self-esteem and confidence. You will have the chance to explore areas such as motivation, resilience, comfort zones and relaxation techniques.

Session 1: Why we do what we do…. Beliefs & Attitudes

Session 2: How it all works… Self Esteem

Session 3: The voice in our head… Self Talk & Comfort Zones

Session 4: Moving forward…. Stress/ Relaxation & Next Steps

The course takes place here at Neston Community Youth Centre on 23rd, 24th, 26th and 27th April from 9:30am to 1:30pm
